We started our relationship with developing a custom website to highlight their business with other corporations. This led to us seeing their day to day operations, where we developed an in-house app that has dramatically improved their productivity, communication and organizational aspects of their business. The app has also been used in capability presentations to their potential clients.

KingWilly has developed a customized web-based project management application for managing our programs that has significantly increased our efficiency, transparency and communication all while providing a consistent way to approach the conduct of our business. We have historically used traditional project management tools to coordinate our events but, found that we were very inconsistent in how we approached our event management. This includes how we coordinate the events we manage, the staff that we schedule for our events and the venues in which we conduct them and ultimately, archiving our show information. This new app has streamlined our whole work flow and provided a single platform for accessing, inputting and archiving all show related activities. From creating a data library of the venues that helps our clients determine if a venue will work for their meeting needs, to coordinating the staffing, to scheduling the transportation for our crews, this app is a powerful tool that ensures we don’t let things fall through the cracks.
